Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RELIQ ("Service"), a product of Advanced Learning Academy ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

Description of Service

RELIQ is a relationship intelligence assessment that measures how individuals process trust, stress, conflict, and connection. The Service provides:

• A 100-question online assessment
• Personalized relationship intelligence profile and report
• Behavioral forecasts and growth recommendations
• Couples compatibility analysis (for Couples Assessment purchases)

Important Disclaimer

RELIQ is a self-understanding and relationship intelligence tool. It is NOT a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, or counseling.

Our assessment does not:

• Diagnose mental health conditions
• Provide medical or psychological treatment
• Replace professional therapy or counseling
• Constitute a professional-client relationship

If you are experiencing relationship distress, mental health challenges, or crisis, please consult a licensed mental health professional or contact emergency services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use RELIQ. By using our Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Purchases and Payments

Pricing:

• Individual Assessment: $99 (one-time)
• Couples Assessment: $179 (one-time)
• Growth Snapshot (Retest): $49 (available 30+ days after initial assessment)

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information.

Access: Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the assessment and, upon completion, your results.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Service:

• Before starting assessment: Full refund available within 7 days of purchase
• After completing assessment: No refunds, as results have been generated
• Technical issues: If you experience technical problems preventing access, contact us for resolution or refund

Intellectual Property

All content, including assessment questions, scoring algorithms, profile descriptions, and reports, is the exclusive property of Advanced Learning Academy and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our assessment content
• Reverse engineer our scoring algorithms
• Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Share your assessment login credentials with others

Your Results

You retain the right to:

• Access your results permanently via your unique results link
• Share your results with therapists, coaches, or partners at your discretion
• Request a copy of your results data
• Request deletion of your results and data

Accuracy and Limitations

While RELIQ is built on validated psychological research (Gottman Method, Attachment Theory, Big Five, Neuropsychology), no assessment can capture the full complexity of human relationships. Results should be viewed as insights for self-reflection, not definitive diagnoses.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false information when creating an account
• Attempt to access other users' assessment data
• Use automated systems to access our Service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our website

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advanced Learning Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of RELIQ. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Advanced Learning Academy from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of RELIQ at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
